Joshua Holt, owner & founder of Holt & Company, has held many roles in his adult life. Ranging from restaurants, operational management, foreman, new home construction, home remodeling, real estate, entertainment, and even retail sales he has built a knowledge base of relatable workloads that has enabled him to become a true entrepreneur. Using this characteristic of entrepreneurialism he started Holt & Company - a business that focuses on handmade, hand designed, and hand delivered commissioned woodwork.

But his roots do not start with him. Following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps he discovered a passion in woodworking. With a particular calling towards traditional craftsmanship he finds a certain authenticity in building & making pieces the old way and not relying completely on modern machinery. His belief is that this more intimate approach to carpentry creates not only a better product but a more honorable result.
